Postcard Design: Voz y Corazón

Posted on November 23, 2015 by BrassyDel

This postcard request was for the Mental Health Center of Denver‘s youth suicide prevention program, Voz y Corazón. The program was designed with youth input to make it something they could not just participate in, but take ownership of. These postcards were used for recruiting youth for new and returning groups each school year. Voz y Corazón Promotional Postcards Double…

Rack Cards: DoubleTime PA

Posted on March 8, 2014 by BrassyDel

I both designed and wrote the copy for a variety of marketing materials for DoubleTime Personal Assistants. Below is a mock up of the rack cards I created. The cards coordinate with all of the other marketing materials, including the website and Facebook Business Page and, of course, owner Kelli’s own business cards (which I also designed). The bottom of…

Business Card Design: DoubleTime Personal Assistants

Posted on March 7, 2014 by BrassyDel

Business card design I crafted for DoubleTime Personal Assistants during my branding project with them. It does, of course, coordinate with the other materials I created for them, to include: business cards, door hangers, post cards, rack cards, Facebook Business Page, and primary website. As usual, the social media icons are custom and fit the global branding aesthetic.

Business Card Design: Just Holler

Posted on March 7, 2014 by BrassyDel

In addition to the Just Holler logo design, I created coordinated marketing materials. Below is a mock up of the business cards. The gingham version of the logo was used for the cards, and the back utilizes the custom social media icons I created for the brand. They also appear on the Just Holler Facebook Page (which I customized) and…

Business Card Design: Studio Brassy

Posted on March 7, 2014 by BrassyDel

One of my favorite projects is branding. The logo process can be a challenge since there’s so much back-and-forth, but it’s obviously rewarding once the client and I settle on a final design. Once that’s out of the way, though, comes the cohesive branding work! I also love stationery, so of course I went through and redid all of my…

Logo Design: Just Holler

Posted on March 7, 2014 by BrassyDel

Another logo and branding design project, I created the logo for local Longmont, CO household helpers company Just Holler, LLC. The girl was drawn with pencil and ink pens, scanned, cleaned, and colored in Photoshop CS2. We went through several design options and color palettes, and this was the final one. I also created an accompanying slew of social media…

Logo Design: DoubleTime Personal Assistants

Posted on March 7, 2014 by BrassyDel

Several months ago, I completed a rebranding project for DoubleTime Personal Assistants. I worked with Kelli Parsons, the owner, to create a new brand identity (including a new name), corporate-friendly color palette, logo, and total design aesthetic. The clock was created from scratch in Photoshop CS2 as a vector graphic, rasterized for print materials. The text portion utilizes three seperate…

Postcards: DoubleTime PA

Posted on March 5, 2014 by BrassyDel

I designed an advertising postcard for local small business DoubleTime Personal Assistants. We actually went through several variations, including a collage style that persisted for several revisions before we settled on this design.

Web Design: DoubleTime Personal Assistants

Posted on March 3, 2014 by BrassyDel

During the summer of 2013, I designed and implemented a rebranding project for Kelli Girl Friday (now DoubleTime Personal Assistants) with coordinated website design. Work on these projects included brand identity, marketing materials, website installation and customization (CSS, PHP, HTML, and custom graphics). Website design is based on a premium WordPress Theme that allows easy end-user content management. WordPress is highly customizable,…

Logo Design: daMelbye Studioes

Posted on March 1, 2014 by BrassyDel

One of my first logo design projects was for a small owner-operated crafting and baking business. The entrepreneur, D.A. Melbye, started two businesses: Conifer’s Crafts for her handmade fiberworks (such as knit and crochet scarves, stuffed toys, etc), and Nibbles and Noshes for her homemade gourmet baked goods. She’s since moved on to other projects, so the website I created…
