In the earlier days of WordPress, I designed the website for DaMelbye Studios, a local soleproprietor baking and crafts shop. I also designed her comprehensive branding strategy, which included a color palette, typography, logos and headers coordinated across her website, Facebook business page, Etsy shops, business cards and all packaging and stationery (including shipping and product labels, gift tags, and invoices). In addition to design work, I implemented her entire website. This included installation of her WordPress blog and heavy theme modification, which included coding in HTML and CSS for a custom product. Her website damelbyestudios.com is no longer live, so I have attached a screenshot.
Some key features of the website included an easy to use blog, advertising functionality, image slider, social media integration, and etsy shop integration (a shop widget would appear at the bottom of blog posts, showcasing and promoting the current sales). I also worked on photography, both taking product photos and post-processing to prepare them for the website.
