Seven pts from last week (sleeping – something I’m fairly accomplished at) added to my previous total of 265 pts leaves me with 272 pts so far and two weeks left.
I’m going to shake things up a bit instead of following my previous update format. This week, I’m going to offer up some helpful health and fitness advice.
DO enjoy some steamed wild salmon.
DON’T batter it up and deep fry it.
DO walk your dog in the park.
DON’T sit on a plastic lawn chair and toss the ball when your dog drops it within reach.
DO try to fit in some ab exercises, or yoga.
DON’T go to Kohl’s and buy a new pair of jeans.
