Sketchbook Doodles

Posted on December 2, 2012 by BrassyDel

Some super simple doodles from my current sketchbook, which is actually so very close to being full. The amount of time it takes me to fill a book is bordering ludicrous.

Arctic Fox

Another super simple doodle, this guy is an arctic fox from my sketchbook.

Goo!

More simple, stamp-inspired doodling. Also: babies are awesome! Especially when they giggle, but maybe less so when they are teething. Background Studies: Iron Fencing

Posted on October 10, 2010 by BrassyDel

Slightly whimsical wrought iron fencing with brick post. Right now I have a set of three of these and this is the first. Hint: tomorrow and the next day will be more background thingies.

Black Cats and Witches

It’s just a doodle, but I love it.

How did he reach the face?

Posted on October 5, 2010 by BrassyDel

Another cutesy stamping-inspired doodle.

Arf!

Posted on October 3, 2010 by BrassyDel

Here we have, just for you, you special readers, a micron and copic marker sketch of a fluffy brown dog. Maybe it’s some kind of little terrier. Maybe it’s a mutt. The most important thing is that he’s fluffy and adorable. And he sort of looks like he was drawn by an eight year old child. Look, sometimes I practice…
