Super, super love this Kevin. He’s sitting in class, bored, fiddling with his tongue ring. This is it: this is your Kevin now. I hope you like him because he’s not changing again. I’ve already colored this one (you’ll see it soon) and I’m in LOVE. Spoiler: boy gets some bright blue bangs! He’s currently my favorite, but that’s probably also because I just wrote 60 pages this weekend all about Kieran so I’m sort of burned out on him and needed a new focus. That arc, which is waaaayyyy downstream, is basically “Kieran Has the Worst Week Ever”. It is not a fun little romp, and Kevin plays only a very, very minor role in it. I basically wrote all of Kieran’s scenes first and then went through and started adding what everyone else is doing in between, and that lead me to Maddy and then Kevin.
So right now I’m working through a bunch of Kevin’s scenes and he got more backstory and more character development. I will probably continue to find ways to fit him in more because one of my biggest notes (from myself) from the original Tomo was that it needed WAY more Kevin.
