I’ve had a very stressful week fighting with our health insurance company. I have to argue almost every claim, and seriously: I have a disabled 3 year old. We have A LOT of claims. Most recently they’re denying her post-op physical therapy, because they’re A: cheap, B: assholes, C: their computer system can’t talk nicely to Children’s Hospital regarding correct billing codes, D: all of the above. But mostly B.
