I posted the first of these on Twitter awhile back, but here’s some early concept art of… Uh… Girl Who’s Replacing Maddy in Tomo but Doesn’t Have a Name (Yet). I love Maddy, which is actually why she’s getting cut. The same character appears in my superhero comic, but those worlds do not coexist. So Maddy Jones gets to be one focused character who happens to kick serious ass in spandex.

You’ll also notice I don’t have a concrete color palette for her yet, let alone consistent features (pic 2 totally has Maddy’s nose and coloring, but curlier hair), but she’ll get there. Or I’ll change my mind and work Maddy back in. Whatev.
