Faye, probably perusing a book on Potentially Lethal (But Really Cool) Modern Metalworking. Questionable Content is a webcomic by Jeph Jacques, and it has a nice, long archive! Or, you know, buy some of his books instead? Or both. I bet he isn’t too picky. I don’t mention my daughter’s name too often on the blog to reduce her future google-ability (and subsequent embarrassment when friends learn way too much about her mom), but yes. QC is where we first came across the name Hannelore* and fell in love with it.
* Being a German name, Hannelore is properly pronounced a bit like Hannah-laura (Haw-nuh-low-ruh, but I’ve also had a German doc pronounce it Haw-neh-laur-ay) but we use the more Americanized Hah-neh-lore. And I have no idea how Jacques pronounces it.
